Simon is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, holding a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and a Level 5 Diploma in Arbitration. Over his illustrious career, Simon has held several high-level positions, including as a Commercial Director at a multi-national engineering consultancy, where he managed business units with turnovers exceeding £160 million.

Simon's expertise includes claims and dispute resolution, commercial strategy, contract architecture, and more, with extensive experience with standard forms of contracts like NEC, FIDIC, JCT, and bespoke contract. 

His experience spans  assignments across Europe, Africa, and South Asia and in a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, water, rail, and international development, making him a versatile and valuable asset to any project.

Katie brings a wealth of experience in education, leadership, and administration to her role as a Business Consultant at KSR Pro. With a strong foundation in law, having earned her LLB(Hons) from the University of Southampton, Katie transitioned into the education sector where she excelled as a primary school teacher and later as a Deputy Manager at a nursery. Her background in law and education, combined with her experience in leadership roles, provides Katie with a unique perspective on business operations and strategic planning.
